Updated Add Point tool, with custom Curvature setting
Updated Add Point tool, that allows the point curvature to be set during new point addition.
Notes:
- This adds a new tool (same icon but with a red dot) and does not replace the existing Add Point tool.
- Created for Moho 14, but may work with earlier versions.
