MP Curvature Tool

VIEWPORT CHANGES:

- Select and move a point, or multiple points with dragbox (CTRL)
- Transform point bounding box for multiple points selected
- Double click on the path to add a point
- Double click on a point to toggle smooth/peak
- Hold SHIFT while dragging a handle to constrain the angle, CTRL+SHIFT to allow handle to flip

NEW TOOLBAR FUNCTIONALITIES:

- Toggle points selection to lasso mode
- Lock bezier handles
- Bezier Peaked points: Convert peak point to smooth point while preserving the shape
- Select which handle you want to flip with +/- button (Both, Left, Right)
- Display handles relative angles.
- Constrain angle between handles
- Screen values: Convert relative values to approximated screen values. Different handles with same values always point to the same direction
- Fixed Increments. Select a value to snap the angle(s)
- Display handles length in geometric values
